CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE EMPLOYEE

 

Basic Responsibilities

• Order management from receipt to delivery to the Customer

• Manage incoming calls and troubleshoot deliveries

• Recording and reporting of problems that arise during Customer service for the purpose of final customer satisfaction

 

Qualifications required

• Graduate of secondary or tertiary education with computer skills

• Two years of experience in a similar position

• Excellent communication skills.

• Excellent knowledge of Greek language written and oral.

• Necessary knowledge of English

•Desirable knowledge of German
